Out of all the Starbucks on Cape Cod this one is the very best! The service is outstanding. The staff, specifically Enya and Ryan go out of their way for their customers. Each morning they already know my order before I place it. Enya and Ryan greet me each morning with a warm welcome and heart felt smile. I appreciate the care they take when severing me. The professionalism goes beyond what I see at other locations.

This is by far one of my favorite Starbucks locations on the Cape! The staff are all professional and friendly, and the service is exceptionally prompt considering the challenging and busy drive-thru. This is also a great place to get work done, as the cafe is spacious and relatively quiet, and has a small nook with armchairs. Highly recommended!

I’m never usually in the Falmouth area, but I’m so glad I was today! This Starbucks has been one of the best experiences I’ve had at any location. The customer service was on point, my order was made quickly and accurately, and the store itself was super clean. You can definitely tell that the store manager, Brooklyn, takes real pride in her work. Great job running the store — the teamwork among the crew really shows. I’ll definitely stop by again next time I’m in the area!

I really would not recommend this place to anyone. Every time when I stop by to get something to drink or eat it is often a hit or miss with them. The staff is very unprofessional and I feel lot of discrimination towards me due to my color skin. The staff is not helpful at all and just tend to retaliate with anger without ever listening to my concern. This coffee shop needs professional training and learn how to respect their customers. The corporate should know what is going on in this location because StarBucks is not cheap. I do not pay money to be insulted. If it was up to me I won’t give this place a 1 star. It deserves a zero instead.

Rhiannon, Ali, and Nancy delivered a level of customer service that’s rare to find these days. They went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied, showing genuine care and professionalism throughout the entire experience.
