Great new place and vibe! This place has been renovated and designed just for us loyal customers. I stopped by today just to grab a bite and a drink. The matcha latte is sweet and just right, and the breakfast menu is appealing. I got the sausage, cheddar and egg sandwich. The food is delicious. Will come back for another day at work.

I have always enjoyed the service at Starbucks on Fordham Road. I frequently purchase a Macha, which is my favorite drink. Today I came in after 6pm and and asked for a cup of water first. The women that I spoke to looked me up and down and asked me in a snarky tone, " Did you make a purchase." I informed her that I did not. She replied you can by a bottle of water over there. We don't give water without a purchase. That is our policy. I am the manager. I mentioned that I was a frequent customer and just wanted to take my medication with some water first She loojed away without responding to me at proceeded to speak with another employee. I asked one of the other employees that often takes my order what her name was. He said " Rosie.". She turned away from the employee she was speakin

This Starbucks always delivers a great experience! The staff is super friendly, fast, and welcoming every time I stop by. My order is always made perfectly, whether it’s a hot latte or a refreshing iced drink. The location is clean, organized, and has a nice atmosphere to relax or get work done. I also love how consistent and efficient they are, even during busy hours. Definitely one of the best Starbucks I’ve been to. highly recommend this spot!

I like this new and improved location, is a huge upgrade compared to when this business first opened. I ordered the Iced Chai Tea Latte with oleato golden foam, Iced matcha latte, pineapple cloud cake and one of my favorites pumpkin & pepita loaf. The new staff that work here made a huge difference, compared to the old workers that are no longer there. I appreciate there kindness, hard work, delicious drinks and dessert. I’m going to order more things when I go again, that’s how much I like it.

This place is pretty decent , ordered many times food was was on point customer service is not super robust but 4 stars for consistency keep up the great work left few photos wouldn’t recommend to order on Uber eats though if you want quality experience
