thank you the kind lady who was very understanding, I was upset over a misunderstanding and she was extremely nice gentle and compassionate

It took 5-10 minutes for the cashier to process 3 customers, including myself. Then I waited 15 minutes for my coffee until I could not wait any longer. When I tried to ask the baristas to cancel my order as I could not wait any longer, I was ignored, zero eye contact. I would like my refund for the coffee I could not pick up. This location had great managers and staff.

I’m very disappointed with the service I have received here. One of your employees, James, is extremely unprofessional. He is on his phone constantly instead of helping customers, and even has made inappropriate comments toward them. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the issue promptly.

The people who make the orders seem to be incapable of reading the order correctly. Fascinating behavior.

VERY RUDE Staff! The barista at the front was making my drink wrong and I noticed it and spoke up about it. Instead of apologizing she yelled at me and began to argue with me. Unbelievable. Definitely going to get in contact with corporate this was very unacceptable and not necessary. Also it was a store full of people. Her co workers sent her to the back and took up for her no one apologized or anything. All I wanted was my drink made correctly. She was making it without whip cream that I clearly ordered and got upset with me when I made her aware.
