Anthony is da best!!!🙏🏼(He works evening only? i think ... Not sure he woking on weekends or day time but anyways) I come to this Starbucks because it’s close to my house, but Anthony’s customer service truly stands out. Even when I stop by around 8 p.m. tired from the day, he’s always kind and on point.🤌🤌🤌🤌 If I were his boss, he’d get an award 150%% and a promotion 250%For sure 😎today I got my peach green tea lemonade, latte , pup cup for my Palomo today ❤️❤️❤️

I am very disappointed in my drink. I ordered the brown sugar shaken espresso like I normally do at this store but my drink was completely watered down and tasted like coffee beans. It was very gross and couldn’t take more than 2 sips. Other than that, my grilled cheese was fine!

Spinach and feta wrap took about 7 minutes to come out, which was fine, but the wrap was handed to me lukewarm at best. 7-8 staff behind the counter and we were not greeted when we walked in, nor did we get receipts. There was a small line in the drive thru, but it wasn’t a rush. This just isn’t the service we are used to getting at Starbucks.

I ordered my regular drink (iced brown sugar shaken espresso with, oat milk, vanilla cold foam and two pumps of vanilla syrup) and it was disgusting. This is not the first time it’s been made wrong and it’s always the same two baristas who mess it up every time. They didn’t put in enough oat milk, the drink was almost brown after I mixed everything. No vanilla syrup was added which I paid extra for, and the cold foam had no flavor which I also paid extra for, to have vanilla in. There is no reason why my drink should taste different every time I order it especially if I am paying extra for added flavors and cold foams.

These guys are not friendly at all, they’re fake. I was just there at 6:30am and they denied me access to the bathroom unless I purchased first, yet you can hang out for a few minutes and you’ll see them let other people into the bathroom maybe just not people that look like workers, i never go to Starbucks and every time I go I’m reminded that it’s not for people like me, I’m gonna stick to McDonald’s, there is no way I’m gonna stand in line to order a drink holding my pants and I know for a fact it’s based on how I looked today.
