Dear Starbucks baristas, Keep in mind that the space between the cup edge and a drink should be approximately 1 finger, so your customer will not spill a drink on her dress, on a coffee table, on the carpet or in the car!!! The recommended distance between the surface of a drink and the edge of a cup (known as "headspace" or "washline") is typically 0.5 to 1 cm (about 1/4 to 1/2 inch). This space serves several practical purposes: Prevents Spillage: Adequate headspace helps prevent the drink from spilling over the rim when the cup is moved, carried, or picked up.

I usually enjoy Starbucks, but I was disappointed with my drink. For the price of such an expensive cup of coffee, I expect the cup to be filled to the top, not appear as though several sips have already been taken. In addition, the festive drink I ordered was not prepared according to how it is normally made, which took away from the experience. At these prices, both the preparation and presentation should consistently reflect the value. I hope this can be addressed going forward.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this was a very disappointing experience. I ordered a coffee and a cake pop. I received the cake pop quickly. However, after waiting 15 minutes with no coffee, I noticed several customers who arrived after me being served and leaving. When I asked about my order, I was told it “didn’t go through.” While I understand errors happen, by then almost 20 minutes had passed. What made it worse was that my drink wasn’t made right away. I watched the employee walk between registers multiple times before finally preparing it. And I guess he was trying to figure out what happened and why my order didn’t go through. I ended up waiting 25 minutes for a coffee, and there was little to no apology or effort to make the situation right. A simple acknowledgment or bet

It was the standard Starbucks experience. The drinks were good. The food was good. Service was good. No major complaints.

The service is always unmatched. One of the best and most accommodating Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Everyone takes pride in their work, and you can taste it. Gets busy on sundays and school breaks so plan accordingly.
