If I could leave 0 stars, I would. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend! I had a DoorDash order to pick up. Nobody said hello or welcome in when I walked in, absolutely nothing! And I do understand the store can get busy but a simple acknowledgment would’ve been nice! I waited 7 minutes before someone finally walked over and asked what I was waiting on? 7 freaking minutes later! After multiple employees made drinks and food and sat them on the counter and nobody thought to speak. DIABOLICAL!

They gave me an ICED latte with no ice this is room temperature……. I ordered through DoorDash. When I spoke with Carey. The store manager he or she said it probably “melted” smh…… I received it with no ice.

The manager is great, my drinks taste good but it is so insanely slow and there is no sense of urgency. It shouldn't take 17 minutes to get a drink you order ahead.

For the drive thru line to be as long as it was I was surprised the in-store service was so fast. The staff was friendly and courteous, the coffees were awesomely prepared. However, two points I had to subtract for cleanliness. There is no seating offered right now so there should be no trash on the floor. And if you have a spill mop it up instead of placing a wet floor sign next to it.

Great location to people watch. Well lit and the staff are trained well. Plenty of seating for small groups to individual seats. WiFi is fast and the location is really clean
