I am 14 years old and I like to walk to Starbucks with my friends. Every single time I have gone there they have been so rude to my friends and I. One time, an employee filled up my whole drink with ice, and yes I know now that you should ask for light ice, but I ordered the drink not a cup filled to the top with ice. When we went back to express our complaint, the employee, who had long brown hair, was very short with us and did not seem to even acknowledge what we had to say. Today I went there again and an employee named Lydia was so disrespectful toward us. She greeted my friend and my friend answered her and when she didn’t hear her, she raised her voice and but in a rude way and then gave us a dirty look turned away and ignored us when we tried to order. Conveniently placed in the front of Safeway, this Starbucks may not be large and traditional, but you get great drinks and friendly service. Since Covid, the small table area has been pretty much shutdown but that does not bother me since I generally pick-up a drink when I am finish shopping and heading home.

Everytime I go there and bri is working I have to wait 15 mins or so until I get my drink she will stand there and play on her phone and is very rude and makes horrible drinks! Also she likes to harass people my child doesn’t even want to go in Safeway when she is working.

they took over 15 to make 4 simple drinks and they were impolite towards us. they put coffee into a Frappuccino that did not come with coffee and did not give any strawberries in my strawberry açaí refresher.

Normally thus place is great. But when I order a Venti Frapp with espresso and NO WHIP CREAM. Don't put whip cream in the BOTTOM of my cup and tons on top. $8 for a drink just to toss it in the trash. And then when I asked you about it say "oh maybe the whip settled at the bottom"....not within 3mins of you making it, or through ice and it still be fluffy. It was a simple drink 😡😓
