Starbucks Coffee Company

This Starbucks location is FILTHY! The floors are gross, flies near the food and drink making stations! Poop on top of toilet seats, this is highly unacceptable. Even walking into the store with how dirty the floors are hazardous, you could slip! Please see attached photos. If it’s this unclean, I feel like the drinks and food are suspect to eat. Health inspection needs to visit this location.

I was a little worried because some of the reviews said this location was dirty. I thought this was a great Starbucks to sit and do some work and drink some coffee. It was busy but they had a lot of staff on hand to handle the volume. Everyone was extremely nice and they brought my food to my table and gave me a refill when I asked. Music was good and the tables were clean.

This starbucks was nice. No drive thru. They dont have coffee stoppers. Apparently in PG County they dont carry them....but they have plastic straws. Anyway it was pretty small starbucks, cashier was super nice though. They were pretty backed up and our order did take a pretty long time.

Starbucks lover here lol! I stopped in here for an afternoon pick me up and grabbed a hazelnut and vanilla macchiato. Service was great! The staff were pleasant and quick. I ended up finding a few cute novelties to make as stockings stuffers for the holidays. Good experience and even better macchiato!

Employees are painfully slow, rude and nasty despite carrying themselves as if theyre Michelin star chefs. Which theyre not. Im not sure how you can mess up a iced latte yet here we are, with it somehow tasting like straight water despite having added flavor syrups and an extra expresso shot? Didn't even bother over corrections because waiting for my order revealed their attitude towards other customers to be so shady and childish that I wasnt interested in putting myself in a position where employees with one of the easiest jobs in the area decide that im beneath them for adjustments on a drink they shouldve gotten right the first time. Especially when im watching them roll their eyes and make faces at others who ask the simplest questions, that really only take a smile and a "right over
