Starbucks Coffee Company

Went in and was never greeted. Instead, a very unpleasant and unprofessional employee kept sweeping the floor and when he was ready, stopped sweeping but never said may I help you. Buy them so disgusted, walked out went to the Starbucks on the Ave. Manager needs to hire people with the ability to function in a society that still demands excellence in customer service. But then, clearly, Starbucks has lost its panache and e employ service they once have.

I ordered two Caramel macchiatos and they both tasted like weak watered down coffee with a very mild caramel taste. For the amount of money Starbucks charges for Venti Caramel Macciatos i can make my own at home, because i just wasted my money here. It was just awful tasting and makes me want to stop going here for my treat when I have the calories, what a waste of my time and money.

I tried a few times but they don’t make the drinks right, it’s either watery or bitter. Additionally, it takes way too long to give you a drink (even when the coffee shop is empty). It looks like no one wants to be there.

Been a regular at this Starbucks, visited at least a couple of dozen times in 2025. Very courteous and friendly barista's, clean place, very relaxing environment, constant stream of happy people. I was shocked to see poor rating, esp about the cleanliness. I think that is very harsh. I highly recommend this location. The staff is great.

Rediscovered Starbucks. I think that the food here is better than you would expect. they are about to see me here a lot.
