Starbucks Coffee Company

Visited this Starbucks location on drive to Atlantic city. This was a busy shop for a Saturday afternoon. The ordering process was easy and staff is friendly. The order came out quickly and to the expectations. Overall a good place to visit.

Stopped over in this restaurant area for a quick coffee . Was happy to Starbucks , but as with any Starbucks in rest area, this one was well below average .. got a cafe latte and it was not good .. tasted like milk and was very watery . Not sure if they made fresh espresso.. service was soooo slow … took 10-15 mins to get coffee !!☕️ and also Bagel 🥯 was so average .. 2 stars ⭐️ ⭐️

Drinks are as bad as food. I got spinach wrap and it was all burnt. On top of it long wait and employees aren’t trained to acknowledge you and give you a good service. My coffee wasn’t good and just out of curiosity why prices are higher than in many Starbucks?

This morning at 8:50 AM, Timone and another girl working the cashier did not have aprons or name tags and were extremely rude and disrespectful. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable at a location. They made fun of my partner for asking for cream with no sugar, told him it was where the straws were (which it was not), and after making us wait, they handed him a whole jug of half and half.

Employee was on her cell phone tbe entire time we were waiting for our order. She didn’t look up to greet customers or speak to them. Just pushed orders toward people. Very slow service with 3 people back there making drinks. Do better.
