I love all the girls that work there they are all veryyy nice and Friendly and good at their job but now I needed to write a review due to the fact that this is like the 5th time that this guy has made our drinks and they are the worst drinks I’ve ever gotten. It’s this new black kid with a small Afro, he literally makes the drinks SO bad that they are by far the worst drinks I’ve everrrrr gotten from Starbucks which is pretty bad. He needs to be re trained really bad cuz I know he’s not only doing it to our drinks but he’s doing it to every customers drinks and it’s not just one thing he doesn’t do but it’s the entire drink, it’s a iced coffee and he puts literally one ice cube in so it’s a warm ”iced coffee” drink and he puts zero syrup in when it’s supposed to be 5 pumps so it tastes li

The staff is amazing at this location. I’ve stopped going to a newer location nearby and continue to go to frontis Plaza because they are friendly. They make the drinks perfectly. Kudos to them!

I don’t think it’s right when these baristas just ignore what I ordered for my drink and what size cup I chose and they go ahead and make my drink how they want. I always order a size SMALL drink and just because I may order “extra cold foam” doesn’t mean to go ahead and just make my drink in a medium. I don’t think these baristas understand that my drink that I ordered for a size small will NOT taste the exact same if you just “pour” it in a medium cup to “fit the extra cold foam”.. This one new barista female worker is rude and horrible at making drinks and completely ignores what I ordered and continues to put my drink in a medium cup which makes my drink taste even more horrible because it’s not sweet or flavored enough.

Stopped on a road trip. Ordered from app in the parking lot. Went inside, used restroom and my drink was done. The bathroom was clean! The barrista was friendly and prompt. Our drinks were prepared as requested. Two things of note - this location does not have a drive thru and the parking lot is small and one way in and out.
