Starbucks Coffee Company

$7 for a cup of coffee that they don't even fill all the way. I recently came back to Starbucks after roughly 5 years and I will be going back to searching for better coffee shops. This is ridiculous, and if I had iced in a clear cup im sure they would've filled it to the top. You also pay extra for the topping and they either give you absolutely none or so little that it dissolves within a 5 minute span.

On Mother’s Day, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior from an employee named Morgan when I visited this location. After patiently waiting for almost 45 minutes for a cup of coffee, I politely asked Morgan for an estimate of how much longer I could expect to wait. Morgan’s response was far from customer friendly. She essentially said, “If you don’t want to wait, you can ask for a refund.” I was taken aback, as I was not confrontational or aggressive; I was merely making an inquiry. When I further asked her which orders are prioritized—drive-through, lobby, or app—her response was again to request a refund. She also claimed ignorance about the answer to this question. I found the lack of customer service shocking, and it made it quite clear to me that I need not spend my money or ti

Nice location - orders are up quickly and haven't had any issues. 2024 update - still one of my favorite Starbucks locations. Great crew and fast, friendly service. 2021 update - This location has earned a spot in my top 5 favorite Starbucks. The staff is consistently cheerful and work together as a team no matter when I stop in. The store is clean and I've felt safe there through the pandemic. The parking lot is small and the drive-thru can get backed up (I always go in the store).

Wonderful staff here - always friendly and kind. The other day, I was a little off and Maddie (spelling?) was extremely kind and empathetic.

The experience was good. Line wasnt long and got my order in normal time . I couldn't wait to get my hands on the pepper mint mocha that came back. With that being said, as soon as i took sip i thought i hadn't gotten a gas station coffee with pepper sprinkles . I as i thoughy it was in my head i try it again n taste worst the 2nd time. Just basice water down coffee mocha . Very disappointed and then have time to turn around and ask for them to fix for i was running errands. This is normally good startbucks and very disappointed. For the times ive gone their with a rush my coffee comes out great .hope ya can fix the problem so another customer doesnt have the experience. Oh zero wipe cream on it.
