⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Great customer service they also have drive thru lane. I only like their matcha 🍵 tea never a fan of Starbucks coffee. Love love green tea matcha and Starbucks makes the best tasting ones. I tried other stores nothing compares.

Awful service. The man at the drive through messed up my drink order. I politely told him it was incorrect and they added syrup instead of making a new drink. No apology. Drinks still wrong. Incredibly rude and sarcastic service. I used to frequent this location, but won’t be returning. Employees need a class in customer service.

I placed a mobile order for drive through and unfortunately did not notice until I drove away. Did not receive one of my items, recieved someone else’s coffee (poorly made anyway), and the one coffee that was right tasted absolutely disgusting. Starbucks customer service chat is a joke. Had to call and wait 20min to speak to someone to correct this. I’ve never had an issue with Starbucks but this one is a joke

I have an issue with customer service. I just left there after waiting in line for the limited edition bear Starbucks cup. I didn’t get one and that’s life onto the next chase. The problem is when I asked other Starbucks if they were getting these cups, it was a very polite and simple yes or no response. I was first in line. Nobody rushed the store (we actually had a cute little group convo about this outside). Everyone was very well behaved and literally silent. I said to the woman at the register, hi good morning did you guys get the Starbucks bear cups. I only asked because we also noticed from outside that they were nowhere on the shelves, so we did not know if they were behind the counter. This location makes me understand why starbucks are going out of business. Seems to be a high turnover of employees and/or they are extremely overwhelmed. The second to last visit here I had my iced mocha missing whipped cream and tasted like mud water. Then the most recent time, I came here they gave me a hot mocha when i asked for iced via drive thru. Which makes for uncomfortable encounters with staff, for simply wanting the right order. Steer clear of this location
