If I could give this location and their staff a 10 star rating, I would! Especially, GREG! When you walk in, the staff greets you with a warm, “Welcome in!” The atmosphere, the decor, and most importantly, the staff make you feel cozy. Fun fact, I’m allergic to caffeine. I know, why would I go to a coffee shop?? Because they used to have a specialty drink called “caramel apple spice” on the menu. Recently, it’s been removed from the menu, which was devastating to me. This drink is a special treat for me. It’s a very fancy hot apple cider (Caffeine free). I went in trying to explain what it was and that’s when my angel, Greg appeared. He immediately knew what I wanted and let me know how to order it if he wasn’t there to help me. GREG IS THE BEST!!!!! Love him, love the staff here, BEST

This is the best Starbucks out of any Starbucks. They make you feel like family. It's the one right by HEB; not inside B&N.

Wonderful service! Greg took my order and was very kind and engaging. Hannah had my drink ready in no time and it was delicious!

The staff is super upbeat and friendly! The woman at the register was so nice! She was the one with glasses and blonde hair! Made my morning!

I like this over most of the stores. The only issue I've come across is my drinks either not made as requested or way too sweet. Update The other issue I seem to keep seeing is the warmed sandwiches are not fully cooked. Especially those with bacon. Since there is no option to select "cook open faced" on the app, you have to call right after placing the order. And sometimes I can't do that and about half the time will get the type of sandwich in the picture. Bacon only partially cooked, inedible. Anything pork needs to be FULLY cooked. Otherwise there are many food borne illnesses that can occur.
