Every single time I go to this location my drink is always made incorrectly. The “manager” always has an attitude when my drink is made incorrectly and I ask her to remake it. She made me wait for her to make Mobil order drinks and other people drinks before she fixed mine. Then she charges me for substituting my milk when that shouldn’t be a charge. I have no problems or errors with my drinks at any other location I actually prefer the Rensselaer location but new Scotland is just closer. The customer service definitely needs some improvement for sure. maybe some extra training is needed when teaching the baristas how to make a drink properly.especially if you’re a manager

This Starbucks at 62 New Scotland Ave is a solid spot, especially if you’re near Albany Med or just passing through the area. The location is clean and well-maintained, with a good amount of seating for those looking to hang out or get some work done. It’s got a steady flow of traffic, but the staff keeps things moving smoothly without making anyone feel rushed.

Ryan IS quality. I went on 9/19/25 at 1030ish in the morning. Ordered on app, it's packed. There were roughly 10 employees behind the counter. The scene looked at little chaotic, EXCEPT for Ryan. Bro is calm, cool, collected working the machine like his hands have hands and his fingers have fingers. Unfortunately, he was not the first one to make my Americano. I took a sip and it was delicious, don't get me wrong, but I had ordered it hot and it came in a hot cup but was cold. Not just look warm, it was like it was made iced and someone realized their mistake and just poured it into a hot cup. I HATE being that guy who returns food or beverages especially when I just watched two other customers do it and watched Ryan handle it with the dignity and respect of Gatsby himself. Got there and two of my items were out. Why let me order at that store if you were gonna be out of the item? Very disappointed. They make you jump through hoops just too get a refund.

Review as a delivery driver. I can't count how many times I come to pick up an order here and it apparently had already been picked up. If this is such a common issue, the store probably should reach out and get it fixed. Outside of that you'll find yourself waiting 5 to 10 minutes just to get acknowledged by the workers.
