Starbucks Coffee Company

This Starbucks has gone down hill, been going here since it opened. It seems like they have all new staff, I went to the drive through to make an order and the new guy that was taking my order I basically had to repeat my order to him 4 times. Get up to the window and he hands me my order, mind you it’s 3 easy drinks, doesn’t say anything and just shuts the window. Of course, the order was wrong. The next time my wife and I decided to go in and order, same new crew there. When we walked in there were 5 employees. We walked up to the counter and they just ignored us like we were not there. Finally when they decided to take our order after they were done talking, we ordered 1 pastry and 1 easy drink. Pastry came out, 15 minute later still no drink. Asked for a Vt iced caramel Brûlée- told the girl ordering twice, she even repeated it. Once the drink was called out- obviously was not a Vt. And the girl making the drinks said that’s what was ordered and turned her back to me, thanks for clarifying my order (order taker) and the one making it, the communication and customer service are severely lacking, lesson learned to not come during this hour as the workers are not friendly like the ones at the usual times we come.

Disappointed. Ordered online. No drink in sight. Waited...other people were asked what they ordered, not me. Walked out to Wait a little longer. Came back. Same thing happened again until I asked out loud. Drink was put by drive thru. Got it and left. Watered down. Pick up was supposed to be 4:04. Got it at 4:20 SMDH

I just had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. So at 7:28pm I roll up to the empty drive through at Starbucks before my long shift. I order a triple shot blonde espresso with heavy cream steamed and a few packets of stevia in a grande cup. Initially a guy was taking my order then boom after I say my order a woman voice comes over the intercom sarcastically “so really you want a latte?” Mind you I been an avid Starbucks customer for over a decade, like 3-4 coffees a week. Like most I have a routine order for dietary purposes. I’m not sure what all is in a latte. But she immediately starts entering it on to the screen. So I’m like no ma’am I usually just order it exactly how I said then I repeated my order. She sounds super inconvenienced and reiterate

This is the worst starbucks ever. Hands down there’s maybe 2 people there that have amazing customer service. But that is all. Every single time I’ve been here they mess up my order and it’s literally not a difficult order. Today was the last straw. I went through the drive thru and they even asked if I wanted my sugar in my coffee and I said yes. They still handed me a handful of sugar packets and did not put any in my coffee … if I wanted to put my own sugar in my coffee I would just do it at home… they need new employees or a better manager to manage their employees.
