The employee there that day was extremely rude and tried to overcharge me twice, acting like it was no big deal and she even made my drink drink wrong making it cold instead of hot and didn’t even apologize very unprofessional experience.

Karla is the best! She always looks so happy and knows exactly what you need. She's incredibly friendly and kind, always working hard to make sure everyone is happy. Thank you for the great service!

Most of the time nobody there they always say they are at Break three times in the road I stop by to get my green tea then want me to wait 10 minutes Because they never have tea ready excuses, they told me they say the man from the morning they don’t make tea service very very poor definitely I don’t recommend this place

I stood in front of the counter for 5 minutes before the barista looked up. She didn’t greet me in that moment she greeted another woman walking into the Safeway store who was just shopping. It was that moment I made the decision to take my business elsewhere.

Very fabulous store, the people are so nice and love to help the Starbucks inside is always neat clean and they always have what is needed! This is a great one stop shopping store! Very clean and Gloria at the Starbucks is excellent she has great service and knows about her coffee.
