LOVE THIS STORE. NICE AND COZY INSIDE. Staff was very attentive and friendly.Ordered my favorite Caramel Macchiato and the cinnamon pull apart pastry.. Both were delicious. This is my new favorite coffee spot.
Probably one of the most unpleasant experiences I've had at a Starbucks and im a big starbucks fan. I bought a cup and an iced lattee with white moach and oat milk and the new cold foam. Instead, there was no syrup and it was made with regular milk. I had to dump it because I can't have regular milk. I also couldn't use my starbucks app to pay for my order or use my points to get my cup for free because its a 'franchise'? But they like clearly had the equipment for it. So, idk im really sad that I spent 34 dollars for basically an order that should have been 7 and then I couldn't drink my coffee.
that girl amber need to learn her place and not try to boss around, you're not talking to your family member but customers. Do better next time.
Beautiful new space and a friendly staff. The Eggnog Latte was so tasty. It's my new spot!
doesn't know how to customize order. venti iced espresso 3 shots, 3 pumps white mocha, and a little bit of half&half. was gonna charge us $10 but the app would've only charged us about $5. went for a caramel macchiato instead didnt ask us if we wanted it hot or cold and just gave us a grande size. it was bland and burnt.
