Starbucks Coffee Company

Got a venti sized they served it in a grande. Then dumped it into the venti and blew the mixture. Not to mention floating chunks in the coffee. ITS STARBUCKS THE BEST IN AMERICA RIGHT? Act like it. Then I called and was offered a replacement. Great now I can drive all the way back and make 2 trips for 2 coffee? Thats just not it. And who knows what will be wrong with this 1. Wife goes here daily sometimes twice and also I get bacon egg guoda quite a bit. Gonna have to shop elsewhere

Just went there a few minutes ago and there is an impatient old dude running the window. Don't be impatient with customers. That's mean. It hurts. It sucks. If you can't be patient then don't work with people.

*****UPDATE****** This location is still in the top 5 stores in the area with great customer service and continually serving a great product the way you order it in a timely manner This Starbucks is okay. always great customer service and top quality products that they serve the way you order it

You place an order ahead for in store pick up and the doors are locked you have to go through the drive-thru. You have already paid for the drink now your drinks will be cold because you're in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes very unprofessional and not to mention they have been out of product a lot.. This company is definitely going downhill very sad situation. This is their employees. Definitely looks good.

Completely wrong mobile order! Didn’t notice until we were back on the expressway. Checked my mobile Order history and I ordered correctly but the label even had a completely different drink on it and my name on it.
