Well, let me say I love Starbucks, but today I got a tall pike for my mom and as the girl was handing it to me at the drive thru, the lid wasn't put on right and I got hot (and I mean HOT) coffee spilled all over me! The girl saw this and gave me napkins cause It was everywhere. Not only did it burn me, I didn't even get a free coffee cause clearly it was their fault. She did hand me another coffee, double cupped and not so full, like they normally do to the rim!! Please, check your lids before you hand off to a customer! I was nice, some people might not have been!!!
I ordered my normal drinks I get every morning, not only did they mess up my order.. But I stood there 10 minutes while they got all their "regulars" their drinks before even acknowledging I was standing there. Will not be returning. Do yourself a favor and go to the one at Harris Teeter.
