Starbucks Coffee Company

So I just left this location and had to leave a review. Amy and all the ladies and singular gentlemen are just so friendly and they know everyone. I get the same coffee every time no matter the time of year iced vente caramel macchiato with blonde shots. As she's saying handing it to me she says and a straw right? absolutely love that she knows that. Such a small detail but shows that they obviously remember all of their customers. These ladies deserve some kudos and appreciation from whoever hands that down from corporate.

Walked in and ordered a simple Americano. Had to leave after 15 minutes because they had sp many online orders. They should tell you before you order that its going to take so long. We had to leave without the coffee.

Great staff onsite. 5 stars for them. My review after almost 20 years as a satisfied customer is changing from a 5 to a 1. I was told that the district management forced them to turn up the music so loud that it is difficult to have a conversation or enjoy reading the morning news. Looks like I need to make a move to a better coffee house. My advice is don’t go if you want a relaxing morning coffee shop experience. Find a coffee shop that understands its customers.

Called the night before about the bear mugs. Employee said be there when they open at 4:30am. Was second in line and when they opened they informed me and the other 30 people in line that they had “pre-sold” them aka the employees bought all the mugs. So many reasons to boycott Starbucks. This is just another.

Good Starbucks. Has never been terribly busy whenever I have been here. Pretty clean, nice comfortable temperature. Only gripe is if you're going to ask for my name, then call it out *audibly* when you have it ready (I.e. louder than the ambient noise).
