Starbucks Coffee Company

Bought a caramel macchiato the other day from here after their "update". The employee was new and the only one working. It took her multiple times to make the drink due to complications from their espresso machine. It tasted fine afterwards, but the lack of help and training left this place unprepared for it's new opening. It may improve once more people are on site and better trained.

Pretty disappointed by silly policy. I was waiting for someone and took my dog out on the parking lot for a few minutes. Then I saw Starbucks and decided to grab a coffee. Since I didn’t want to go inside with the pit bull, I stopped at drive through and wasted my time because apparently they only take orders if you are in the vehicle. Meanwhile, worker saw me and I explained that I was with a dog. So leaving this review and hoping you will change this ridiculous policy. Who knows, maybe coffee isn’t really good and I got lucky 👎🏻

This is one of my absolute favorite Starbucks. Although my order is pretty plain Jane and simple I'm surprised and how many times other places actually get it wrong. But not the case at nearest Starbucks it is correct every time. Plus the baristas are always very friendly and helpful

Great customer service, predictable menu, no complaints about this location. It’s right next to the Lacey Transit Center and other businesses are on the same strip, it’s easy to grab a coffee on your way to get groceries at Fred Meyer or if you’re waiting for your hair appointment at Third Dimension Salon.

I’m not usually one to complain but I have had multiple experiences with a specific employee and her attitude sucks. My first experience I had gone in with my husband and my daughter. We were looking over the menu and because we weren’t ready when she was there was a lot of attitude and thrown around body language as she sighed at us because my daughter didn’t know what she wanted. I ended up telling her nevermind and we would go somewhere else and left. Today I came in and at first I did not see she was there. I stood at the counter and out of the 3 people at the kiosk nobody even acknowledged me until I had been there for few minutes and of course it was the lady from last time who walked over. Her customer service skills are awful and how she speaks to customers is rude. She is a shorte
