Starbucks Coffee Company

About today's visit. Fast service, nice staff, needs to work on cleanliness. Crumbs on the tables, no soap in the toilet. What I like about Starbucks is that if you don't like something, you can ask and they'll change it for you without any problems. P.S. There are beautiful chairs on the terrace, but they are uncomfortable, probably so that guests don’t linger in the cafe )))

I stopped by this Starbucks today to get a drink. I parked across the street because there was more parking there. This Starbucks is in a lot with limited parking spots but if you come early, you should get a spot. When I came, they were not busy so I was able to put in my grande Mango Dragonfruit with light ice. When my drink was ready, one of the older barista just put it on the pick up counter but didn't say the name. So if you weren't paying attention then your drink will just sit there until you check. My drink was good and beside one of worker not calling out the name when my drink was ready, I had a good experience.

Convenient location since I live close by. I try not to do Starbucks since all their beans are burned & all their brands of tea or coffee are laden with pesticides & chemicals, rarely do I appear here, Starbucks if u change your ways, I'll be there every week.

Consistently slow service where they first ignore you, then give you attitude. Now their machines are broken and instead of being apologetic and offer an alternative, they just give you arrogant impatience. It's like they want polite customers to be rude back to them. Dont ask them questions about the coffee drinks they currently dont offer, because they clearly dont care to explain their situation. They also constantly turn off Moble ordering in advance. And they currently removed their chairs so you cannot sit in the store. This location is nothing but a big headache. It's unfortunate that its on the path of my walk. Gonna find a different place to buy expensive coffee. You've been warned about this location that doesn't have a drive through either.

Been here twice, both times the vanilla sweet cream cold brew had no ice, and no semblance to a normal vanilla sweet cream cold brew. It just tasted like burnt, black coffee.
