Rude employees thanks, - I also ran my app at Starbucks, which is 5 minutes away, and paid for it and earned stars. However, here wonderful nice employee said that it is not possible to calculate by scanning here. I had no choice but to pay with a physical card. By the way, where did my star savings go?

The older black lady with dreads is extremely rude she made me an iced drink when I asked for it hot then got mad when I asked if it could be remade. If you don’t like working in customer service then she needs a new job she made my experience a bad one and I will not be coming back.

The cashier's here are very friendly. Also our service was extremely fast compared to other Starbucks that I have been to.

Definitely my favorite Starbucks by far! I’m here usually every other day at least! Lexie, I will butcher the spelling of this name but the lady whose name starts with an R and the rest of the team are truly fantastic. Customer service is top notch, they are friendly, approachable, and very personable. I’ve never had a bad experience.
