Starbucks Coffee Company

Have been here multiple times and the drinks are never consistent. Everytime I order a matcha I’m getting sips of powder, these workers need to learn the difference between light ice and no ice. It seems that they are always rushing and never actually try to make the drink taste good, the cold foam is literally lightly frothed milk not thick enough to be called cold foam. Seems like you need some new hires that actual care about the franchise

As a regular who remote works here up to 21 hours some weeks, I find the negative reviews inconsistent with my daily experience. This is the best-run (and cleanest!) Starbucks I’ve visited nationwide. The baristas are genuinely friendly and attentive, and my drinks are consistently well-made. Great atmosphere for remote work.

I had the most amazing drive thru experience, a woman named Kristy took my order. Since there was nobody else in line we had a fantastic conversation about cars as we waited for my drink to be made. The staff was super quick and i forgot to ask for a cup of ice and she went & got me one without even hesitating. Kristy's customer service was phenominal and i look forward to returning.

Updated::Another failure. Simple order. Large cold brew with light cream. Light cream. Light cream. Thats it. Couldn’t get it right? $15 an hour. Light cream? Does anybody think this looks like light cream. Last trip here. UPDATE:: wonder why this Starbucks is always empty? Go there and find out. against my better judgment, I gave it a second chance. And yet another failure. These employees make $15 an hour, try to hustle you for a tip and are unable to prepare a simple cup of coffee correctly. Management and training are nonexistent. Again there’s a reason why the Starbucks is so lightly traveled.

Great staff. I visit frequently and my drink I always get has been wonderful every time so far. Friendly staff. My bakery item was missing the one time and when I went back 2 days later, she remembered seeing it on the counter that day unclaimed and gave me one without any problems. They’re the best !
