Great experience, even for a non-coffee drinker (my wife sends me out for bread and oh by the way, get me coffee). Especially impressed today by the service from Ree. She was amazing with each customer and when it was my turn, greeted me with a smile (through her mask). Though I don't drink coffee, it's a pleasure receiving service by someone like Ree.

I have come to the Starbucks many times and I’ve never had any issues. I actually think they make the drinks better than the standalone Starbucks across the street however, since the new Matcha powder has come out, I just don’t think that they quite understand how to make it correctly. I’ve had it at other Starbucks. It’s turned out fine, but it needs another scoop of Matcha powder or something because every time I get it plain with the new powder that’s not sweetened with anything it literally just taste like I’m drinking milk. It’s barely a green color. As someone who has been drinking both Starbucks Matcha and Japanese Matcha for a couple years now I just know that they’re not putting enough powder in it. Other than that customer service is great

2022 Update*** This location has really gone down hill. So sad to see. The staff is not personable at all and they are always out of everything. It seems like only one person at this location knows how to make cold brew and if they aren't in, it doesn't get done. Such a shame because they were so great with this last staff. Original Review*** While this is a Harris Teeter location, out of every Starbucks I've been to, this one has the best staff, by far. Everyone there is super friendly, attentive, and personable. Plus, they make great drinks! They ensure an outstanding experience every time.

I always get exceptionally great service here but I will warn you that they have changed their sizes and this "small" mocha was almost $6 😱
