Starbucks Coffee Company

I never write reviews but I got served by Jae today really nice guy with freckles. He was the epitome of customer service. I am on a new diet and I am normally at Starbucks all the time but didn’t know what I wanted. I had a lot of questions and he was so patient and explained everything to me with kindness. Sad this is so rare nowadays but we need more ppl like Jae. - the girl with oatmeal questions 😂

Got a drink for my birthday today and the Frappuccino is just chocolate water... No ice and not even blended together. This picture is 5 minutes after she made it..

Coffee is good but for $8+ per cup, no one should have to get drenched in the rain while ordering due to the company not installing an awning! That’s absolutely ridiculous! Will not return to this location until the company does the right thing and provides protection from inclement weather for their patrons.

First let me say that i have gone to many Starbucks over the years. I even have a brand new one a block away from my home. But i continue to come to this specific Starbucks located in the Kroger plaza just so Matthew can make my drinks. He’s always professional. Always pleasant. His customer service is top notch!! It’s like he’s sent from the Starbucks Gods 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾. Everyone else that works there doesn’t try to find out what the customer likes or even care if we like anything at all. Anytime I’m there the same service Matthew gives to me, he gives to all customers and that’s how it should be. I hope Starbucks corporation sees these reviews and really honor him.
