Fast and friendly service. Walked in On my way to an interview where I was running a bit behind in scheduled time. Ordered an Iced Matcha 🍵Latte that was personalized. Beverage was fresh and tasty. I did notice personalization on the mobile beverages that were sweet.

I usually come here regularly, but today I was very disappointed. The drink I received was made in a very unhygienic way—it was extremely messy. There were four staff members standing around, but only one was actually making drinks. The syrup was spilled everywhere, and then that same mess was put into my drink. This was the first time I felt truly unimpressed. I had to wait an unusually long time, and overall it did not feel sanitary. I hope the manager can review this and make improvements to ensure drinks are prepared more hygienically.

Backdoor purposefully propped open making it practically freezing in here to deter customers (even paying customers) from staying in the cafe. Me and other people have tried closing the door completely shut but it still automatically opens lol like why

I’ve been coming here for years, and it’s always been great. The staff is friendly, the drinks taste amazing, and the service is consistently excellent. Highly recommended.

This is the best Starbucks ever. I came here to meet with a friend and Mike (I believe) took care of us. He was amazing, great smile and customer service. If he's not I hope he gets to be a manager soon because I've honestly never been treated with this much care and hospitality in any Starbucks before. Shout out to him, we loved you Mike!
