Starbucks Coffee Company

I left a review for this Starbucks a while ago, and today I feel compelled to write another one. The corner coffee shop I usually go to was closed at 6:40 a.m., so I came here instead, and honestly, it’s unbelievable that after all this time the customer service is still just as bad. There’s a clear lack of friendliness and basic consideration. You pay almost $6 for a coffee and don’t even get basic courtesy in return. I don’t recommend this location — you’re better off supporting a local coffee shop instead of coming here.

They do make their drinks pretty dang good but their customer service is horrible. I have had multiple problems at the Starbucks for example I had a $50 bill and they had no change at all for it so I requested a water cup and they were giving me a hard time about it and ended up not giving it to me because I wasn't a "customer" also separate occasion I had made a purchase of a large drink and a bagel and got hassled by the manager asking me to leave because I had my cell phone plugged into one of their outlets and I had to tell him that I in fact was a customer. Real bad judgy vibes here watch out

Today I bought a cup of Nitro cold brew, firstly this drink has absolutely no traces of being shaken, there is no foam on the surface at all, I don't know if there is too much ice or some other reason, it tastes like coffee-flavored water. Worst of all, as I was about to finish it, as the coffee color gradually lightened, I found a lot of impurities at the bottom of the cup. And there's a big piece of debris that I don't know what it is! I'm completely devastated, it's not just bad-tasting, the whole cup of coffee is also unsanitary, and I basically finished it before discovering this issue. This is really terrible...

If you appreciate a knowledgeable staff who has mastered the art of putting the correct fluid in the correct cup, then get yourself a time machine because those people are gone and replaced by untrained burnouts who need 5 tries to push the button

CHECK YOUR ORDER...that they got the details correct. We've been nice to the people at this 'bucks and I was bummed that, this time, I received a hot drink w/no whipped cream when I ordered a Frappuccino (w/whipped cream). (I know these are stupid, 1st-world problems, but, w/a close friend in the hospital, it was just a day where whipped cream would have made the morning a lot better. Have a good day.
