Starbucks Coffee Company

This Starbucks is new here in town, and the aroma as you enter is divine! I came at an unbusy time and the service was great. My steamed milk was delicious, and though I didn't order their tempting-but-pricey food this time around, I generally find it very good.

New Starbucks location. No issues ordering and service was friendly and quick!

Stopped by for an after work treat for my wife and son. Was greeted by Landen and Alicia who were super pleasant and very polite. Took my order and they made the drinks / bagged my son’s cake pop I went to pay for it and the card machine wasn’t working. I patiently waited a few minutes to see if they could fix it. I offered to pay a different way unfortunately this way wouldn’t work either. Ended up getting free drinks and a cake pop I was hesitant to leave without paying but the staff said here’s a gift from us to you! Unfortunately we can’t get the card machine to work enjoy your treats! I left with a smile on my face what a nice gesture instead of holding up the line and refusing to take orders they were generous and kind. I will be back for more Chai Teas and Cake Pops!

Terrible service! With 4 employees and only 1 other customer, It took over 15 minutes to make 2 beverages. I ordered a cappuccino with mocha. It was not mixed! The mocha was a glob on the bottom of the cup. On the receipt, there was a tip option. WHY? This place is over rated, over priced, and I would never recommend it or return!

I ordered one drink in store, waited inside for my order for over 22 minutes. Took them over 15 minutes to even start making mine, then didn’t call out my name when it was ready. There were 3 or 4 customers inside, why would you not call out the orders when those are ready? By the time I checked myself, the cold foam in my drink was gone. Subpar experience and customer service.
