The people are fine, they had just opened up a new location to take some pressure off this busy location, but, they closed it. Leaving your order times around 45 minutes. You heard that right, 45 minutes for Starbucks coffee on the regular.

I've been a regular here and haven't had issues until last night. My daughter asked for a cup of water, but they told her she needed to buy something first. I had just spent nearly $40 on drinks a few hours earlier. When I asked about the situation, the staff was rude and said this would be the last time we could get water without purchasing something first.

They have bathrooms out of service because they don’t want to wash them. Hopefully they can address to Starbucks’ new policies. We’re all tired of the inconsistency with service at these dam places

Starbucks restrooms haven't been the same, ever since the new policy was implemented in 2018 only for U.S. based Starbucks. This Starbucks isn't the exception. Lately I've noticed an upscale of dirtiness, inside of this particular Starbucks restrooms. I'm constantly having to watch my step in fears of dirtying my Uggs with whatever is on the floor. Just be warned and take precautions when going inside the restrooms.

I come to this location rather frequently and never had any issues until recently. The past few times I’ve gone a barista, Cassandra, has been very rude. I understand the stress of having drinks piled up as I work at a Starbucks drive location… but that doesn’t mean to take it out on customers. If you can’t handle the stress of multitasking, it’s probably not the right job for you.
