Starbucks Coffee Company

This is the second time I came to this Starbucks and ordered the same thing both times and both times I was charged for extra caramel and and extra caramel crunch and did not receive neither. They both times charged me double crunch but gave non at all. I am so upset because I work hard for my money and my time is money. I had to get back to work both times with no time to go back when I noticed so I actually took pictures as proof this time. For the price Starbucks charges they should at least get it right. It wasn’t even a busy time of day

Worst customer experience of my life! NEVER in my 46 years have I ever had a barista so disrespectful and rude, let alone so miserable to interact with. The amount of snapback I received is incredibly unprofessional and I've had better interesting with a 5 year old. I couldn't see a name tag but he was quite tall. Best believe I am never coming back to Starbucks with him on shift again!

Drive thru lady had horrible customer service. Had to repeat my order 3 times for her to understand me. Then I get to the window and she's literally snarling at me like me ordering ruined her day. Customer service isn't for you, to the lady doing drive thru. I will go to other locations!

Alexis was so amazing! She had great customer service and such great energy! You guys are so lucky to have someone like her at the drive thru.

Where do you find these employees from. They screwed up my order . I asked for extra sugar, which I didn't receive. It costed me a dollar more than Duncan charges and I had to come home and add more sugar and cream. If I knew I was going to have to fix it , I would have just drove the extra mile and went to Duncan donuts
