I went in under 30 minutes after my shift to go get a free drink and barista told me that they were not able to do that for me. keep in mind I work at Starbucks and I already knew that we are able to do this, but she still told me that she was not trained that way so I had to pay for my drink even though I knew that was not protocol. She should be trained better. This was at 9:30pm February 6

I hesitated to visit this location due to past experiences of long lines and unprofessionalism, I’m glad I did and happy to report that there is new management and staff in place and I couldn’t be more proud to be a Starbucks customer. The clean up is obvious, warm and very clean Environment and fast! Thank you Alyssa for making sure your customers are as happy as they hoped for. Excellent!

Banana protein matcha was absolutely delicious. Most Starbucks locations I visit take longer to prepare this drink, especially when I go inside. However, my experience here was different and definitely better overall!

No restroom until you billed, not great.

Disappointed at the two workers in this location today. I had ordered here several times and had good service sometimes and not so good service other times. Now, I see all the comments about unprofessional service here. Maria, the supervisor, and the server who took my order and did not use the rewards I said to redeem, failed in providing a good customer service experience. I asked for the name of the server and she didn't want to give her name. Supervisor and another employee also did not give me the name of the server when I asked for it. No smile, no kindness. Maria was on her cell phone on a personal call. I had to wait for her to finish that call before she said, Yeah!! Wow!! These two need comprehensive and additional training on customer service.
