Starbucks Coffee Company

Very disappointed with my recent experience at Starbucks. The service was slow and disorganized, even though there weren’t many customers in line. My drink was made incorrectly, and when I politely pointed it out, the barista seemed annoyed rather than helpful. The store was also not as clean as I’d expect—tables hadn’t been wiped down, and the trash bins were overflowing. For the prices they charge, I expect a much higher standard of service and cleanliness. I’ve been a regular customer for years, but after this visit, I’m seriously reconsidering whether it’s worth coming back. There are plenty of other local coffee shops that seem to care more about quality and customer service.

The baristas are all very friendly. The little notes on my cup are such an energy boost. The mushroom & kale egg bites are so good!

Great coffee got even better as they now individually brew each cup of drip coffee. Starbucks food has never been it's strong suit and I frequently get an everything bagel although I wish they would improve it,but the staff and ambiance are always good. Thank you to the team there.

By far my favorite Starbucks location. Every morning the staff is working diligently to organize and prepare for the day. They are all the sweetest giving service with a smile and good vibes to start the day. My order is always correct and quick- whether it’s mobile or in store ordering. Love it!
