Starbucks Coffee Company

I went in on Monday and ordered a mocha. Later that day, I got extremely sick and ended up in the ER. I was told I was experiencing food poisoning symptoms. The only thing I had consumed that day (besides water) was the drink from this location. The timing is very concerning. This store already seems disorganized and unclean, and now I’m seriously questioning their food safety standards. The bar area often looks messy, and it doesn’t give confidence that proper sanitation practices are being followed. This was a scary experience and completely unacceptable. I will not be returning. Management seriously needs to step in and address what’s going on here.

WORST STARBUCKS EVER!!! I got there at 6:30pm and all chairs were on the tables and no pastries at all on display. I asked one of the guys at what time they were closing and he said at 9:00pm. I asked if I could use one of the tables he said yes but then the whole time I’m feeling rushed and they turn up the music soooo loud that I could not get any work done, it was hard to concentrate and have a conversation. Starbucks it’s becoming more and more the place I don’t want to be anymore. I don’t want to bring my customers here because the atmosphere it’s unpleasant. The employees are not friendly and the coffee it’s not the good anyways. THIS LOCATION REALLY MADE ME BE DONE! Such a bad experience that I’m taking the time to do this review. On 2/15 at about 11:25 the barista at the counter with black hair helped me and was super sweet when my order couldn’t be found. She quickly made my order for me without hesitation. This felt like the calmest store, even if it was busy, they didn’t feel like it and still made sure everyone was taken care of. Thank you!

I guess when they forget your order, they proceed to half ass make it and to top it off they rip you off and the cup is only 1/2 way full. Good job starbucks.

I don't go out often. The Starbucks in town (Maricopa) isn't like I expected. I asked for a Mocha Cookie Crumble. Others got their orders before mine. Mine was mistakenly given to someone in the drive-through. When no one claimed it, they threw it out. At this point, I had gotten up and was waiting at the counter to speak with someone. I got a "hi" and wasn't attended to. I had to flag someone down and raise my voice to get some attention. When I was attended to, the person speaking was speaking really low. With all the machinery, you'd think they'd speak a little louder. In all honesty, that place seems like it needs better management. Either way, do as you please. I'd go to a different Starbucks with better service; this place isn't up to par. Dont hate me im just telling you my persona
