Ordered a light iced cinnamon latte 5:49 Today took all the ice and look what’s left Person at the register don’t know how to follow instructions shouldn’t get paid !!! Want my money back !!!

My drinks are made wrong close to half the time. The staff is nice, but if I want it done to recipie, I have to go to either the other Broad store or Tank Farm.

I spoke with Briely who works in the front who was not helpful at all. I don’t usually do this complain but she was so rude. I really feel that if someone doesn’t like working with the public they shouldn’t be working in their position. Even though I asked for a specific drink that came with oat milk she didn’t know how to give me a drink with oat milk without charging me. I felt like that isn’t really fair because I wanted an oat-milk drink that is hot and I should be charged because it’s hot. That ridiculous! And the way she acted about it like she didn’t know of any other hot drinks that could be with oat milk I had to be charged extra. She’s very rude. Never greeted anybody when they came in. A nearby Starbucks was closed so I came here instead. Unfortunately this place was PACKED, lots of people waiting for their orders, only 3 people behind the counter, seemed like one was in training. Jon immediately welcome every customer in anyway, he asked how your day was going while packing other order and seemed to be a master of doing 10 things at once while keeping the focus on the customer. 10/10 made my day better and made my experience pleasant in what could have easily been irritating and frustrating.
