This location is always messing up my order. They don't pay attention to what they are doing. They will give me incomplete order and incorrect items. I try calling the store and the store number rings busy. Extremely frustrating I can’t even get credit for use right away to get what I initially paid and asked for instead I have to wait 3 business days. FYI Jonathan B - they swapped our coffees
Stopped by this Starbucks today for my second cup of morning coffee, and I’m so glad I did! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome that instantly brightened my mood. The cashier who took my order went above and beyond—she took the time to explain the difference between a blonde espresso and a blonde ristretto espresso, even breaking down how the flavor profile would change slightly. That kind of customer service is rare, and honestly, every Starbucks needs someone like her (wish I had caught her name!). The store itself was spotless, and my drink was made super fast. If you're in the area, this location is absolutely worth a visit! I’ll definitely be back for another great experience.

Our corner store in Montebello. One of the iconic places to visit and enjoy a good cup of coffee. Excellent service and great baristas that master their craft and show their abilities.
Wow, Starbucks Most FRIENDLIEST Locs that I have ever been to!! Immediately was kindly greeted by Ruby L. & Aria With the brightest smile and Joy in their tone!! Too many espresso shots like me no seriously great customer service & One very clean interior of the establishment !! These girls with their positive great vibe just made my evening, after a rough day!! Thanks for a great tasting pumpkin spice latte Omg So yes, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION ‼️‼️
