🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟 I usually don't write a lot of reviews but I think of all the places I've been in, this Starbucks location deserves more than 5-stars! For over three years, I’ve consistently received exceptional service every single visit. It’s always a pleasure, each and every time! The staff here are consistently professional, friendly, and genuinely care about their customers. Being in the service industry myself, that says a lot about this location’s management and team. My coffee is always perfect made exactly how I like it. The staff regularly go out of their way to make sure every visit is a great experience. One gentleman, at times even brought my coffee to me while I was waiting! That’s truly above and beyond service. I absolutely love coming here. Thank you for making the start of my day

As a long time customer I just have to share how incredible the team at the Merritt Island Starbucks is! Out of all the Starbucks locations I’ve visited, this one truly stands out for having the most outstanding and friendly service with the most delicious drinks! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine smiles and such positive energy. The team here are not only kind and helpful, but truly joyful to be around. You can tell they care about their customers and about each other, which creates such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I love coming to this Starbucks every morning! The atmosphere is always cozy and relaxing — a perfect spot to start the day. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. The coffee is consistently great, and the service is quick. Definitely my favorite place to enjoy a peaceful morning coffee. ☕✨

Throughly disappointed in this Starbucks. I was advised at another location that if you pay for extra shots of espresso in a hot latte and do not want to miss out on milk you pay for or have it taste too strong to have them put it in a larger cup. I ordered it exactly the way I have at dozens of locations across the globe, never having one issue and they decided to argue over it. Destini decided to come over the speaker and state that the venti cup would not be full, I said I know but the extra shots will make it larger than a grande. She said “no it will not, it will only be exactly 16oz of liquid” , I said no it will be more because I am paying for extra expresso 1.5-2 oz to be exact. I said I know that the venti cup will not be full and that I did not want to have any less milk that th

I normally love this Starbucks location and the team is always kind and welcoming. However, today I ordered the Cannonball drink and it was very different from what I’ve received before. It tasted mostly like water and lacked the usual flavor and color. I politely asked for it to be remade, and while I appreciate them remaking it, the second one tasted the same. I’m not upset — just disappointed, especially since I’ve had this drink before and know how it should taste. I’m sharing this simply in hopes that there may be some additional training or consistency checks, because I truly enjoy coming here and want to continue supporting this location
