Stopped in on a Saturday while out shopping for the holidays. Store was clean and staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. My drinks were made perfect and came out so quick. A special thanks to Jordan for making my experience so personable. Jordan left a positive impact on me, and made my day. I’ll be back for sure.

I usually love the protein matcha at other Starbucks locations, but the experience at the Millennium Mall branch was incredibly disappointing. My drink was poorly mixed and filled with clumps of matcha powder, making it almost undrinkable. When I asked the barista if it was prepared correctly with the protein milk, I was told yes but the quality just wasn't there. Between the gritty drink and the dismissive service, everyone seemed upset at this location and with the price of this particular matcha they should make sure that is prepared correctly I’d recommend skipping this location.

So very upset! I made 3 orders and every single one was incorrect I received hot protein matcha instead of cold, order a caramel macchiato with less sugar no foam it was tasting like hot milk and full with half cup of foam and my last order was a chocolate Oreo frappe and I received some other cold drink. The line was super long and I decided just to leave being a very unhappy customer and they did not offer to make me a new drink.

Sebastian was so lovely and kind. The store wasnt busy, so he took a second to draw us some of his art on a starbucks bag, and it is the best souvenir we have gotten on our trip to Orlando.

Really fantastic Starbucks location the staff were very friendly although it was quite busy and there was a queue they managed to handle the rush quite well and my coffee with cinnamon roll was delivered within three minutes of paying. For handcrafted coffee that's not too bad
