okay the crew that worked tonight ( 3/3/26) was the best service i’ve gotten at this location, the girls that helped me at window were so cool and kind !<3

Worst Starbucks Experience Ever!! Waited 21 minutes for them to make my order wrong ... not worth the 30 minutes off my life I'll never get back for over priced coffee.

Convenient for me to drop on today. They had my drink ready when I arrived. Friendly and fun location.

If I could give zero stars I would. It was my first time and last time I will go to this location. I ordered a simple hot tea, the guy took my order went to the back and never came back out. The other four people behind the counter did not attempt to make my tea. Nor did they even ask me what I ordered until I stood there over 10 mins. I wanted to see how long it would take before they acknowledged or addressed me while they laughed and made other orders that came in never looking me in the eye or addressing me. Meanwhile I watched one girl mop the entire floor behind the counter, watched them make over 8 drinks from the drive and online and continue to laugh and talk. Until finally one asked me what I ordered. But did she make it nope she left it for someone else to do it. A hot tea that
