This location is simply the very best Starbucks in town. I have never experienced such superior customer service at a Starbucks. The fantastic baristas (Tanner, Em, Bryce, Evan, Lena, Tanner’s twin, etc) are the most genuine, kind, positive, delightful human beings. You can tell that they truly care about customers, because they take the time to learn our names, and they go above and beyond to meet our needs. This is a direct reflection of the manager’s incredible skill set. John is in a class of his own. He works non-stop to ensure customer satisfaction, a warm and welcoming vibe, exceptional customer service, and a supportive community setting. As soon as you walk in, you'll be greeted by two of the kindest human beings you've ever met in your life. Their names are Emerson, and Gwynn. These two young ladies alone are reason enough to make this your "Go-To" spot to get caught up on work, or studying. Once you become a regular you'll begin to have interaction with their most visible staff members, Kortney and Tanner. Kortney is the "Calm in the Chaos". Even when they are slammed, she sees to it that everyone gets what they ordered, and does it with a gorgeous smile. You can't miss Tanner He's easy to spot. I enjoyed a delicious pumpkin cream cold brew at here. The store was clean, well-organized, and had plenty of seating. I didn’t have to wait long for my drink, and the service was efficient.

Came here for the first time doing some errands. It’s nice that this place has parking lots even near downtown Austin. The item I ordered was good; brown sugar frappetino! I’ll get it again!

I had a great experience at this Starbucks location. Despite it being a busy spot, my coffee order was made quickly and correctly. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. Definitely one of the better locations I’ve visited!
