They don’t know how to make the drinks. Tried an oat milk latte, taste like regular milk. Tried the hot chocolate, taste watered down, tried the white mocha and again disappointed. I try it with fingers crossed just because it’s convenient but never again! I can make this by myself, but better.

This location is every bit as consistent with every other Starbucks. Selections are a little bit more limited it would appear. In the service is generally reasonably good but has been known to be a little bit slow on occasion. Basically because it's not a completely staffed Starbucks but rather is a Starbucks inside of Safeway.

Starbucks is in the customer service biz and this shop does not meet even the basic level...treating customers like dogs (come here! Over here! And so on). There are so many other local shops that have super friendly people...go there instead.

They have changed their hot chocolate recipe for the worse. Do not recommend it anymore. Big mistake on their part.

WASN'T TOO BIG ON THE CONTROVERSIAL ISSUES OF THE PAST. BUT BIG ON THE FOLLOW UP. I'VE ALWAYS BEEN TREATED VERY KIND AND RESPECTFUL AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I HAD AN ISSUE ALMOST THE SAME HERE IN SONOMA COUNTY (SANTA ROSA) BUT THE WAY THE MANAGER EXPLAINED HIS POLICIES TO ME MADE PERFECTLY GOOD SENSE. THE BATHROOM NOR THE PURCHASE WAS THE ISSUE WHEN NOT DOING ANYTHING, IT WAS MORE OF MY SAFETY, STORE SAFTY, AND CUSTOMERS SAFTY. EASILY EXPLAINED, BETTER...EASILY UNDERSTOOD. I RESPECT THE ENTIRE STAFF OF ALL SONOMA COUNTY STARBUCKS ESTABLISHMENT'S. AND I ALWAYS WILL.
