The location is easy to find, plenty of parking in the back. You have indoor and outdoor seating. This location emphasizes more on the outdoor seating than inside. Ordered take out, everything was as ordered. The section made for pickup orders is cramped in the back, you will see A lot of people standing around waiting for orders .

An excellent location, in a picturesque area - with a nice patio and plenty of seating outside. Angela is an amazing barista - smiling to greet everyone, went out of her way to respect the refill policy, and made my stay with friends exceptional. Thank you!

I don’t really care to leave reviews. I think all places do the best they can to provide a good service but the staff here goes above and beyond and provide a strong place for the community. It’s beautiful. All the staff are so welcoming from the second you walk in and they are so patient with all their customers even during the busy hours. Chris, sue, alla, Darren, and everyone else are amazing at making a simple coffee shop feel like a safe space for many.

There are two types of coffee heads. Ones that prefer Dunkin' or any other typical java or those with a refined sense of taste at Starbucks. I think everybody should tip their barista once in awhile. I am not a typical Starbucks customer. I actually have conversations with my barista. More people should interact and listen to people, strangers even. I am quite impressed with Starbucks. If I order a Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade Refresher, it is very singular. The taste does not differ.

Very disappointing experience, especially on Christmas Day. I stopped by the New City Starbucks before 4:30 PM, assuming they were still open since their website clearly states they close at 4:30 PM. However, my younger sister was denied service at 4:08 PM because they said they were “already closed.” If you’re going to close earlier, update your hours online. It’s frustrating to make the trip, especially on a holiday, only to be turned away while the store is still supposed to be open. Poor communication and even poorer customer service. Definitely won’t be relying on their posted hours again.
