UPDATE October 2025: Went to this location again 2 days in a row and had amazing experiences both times. Day 1 I didnt even try to order my normal drink (to avoid issues) and everyone was super friendly. Day 2 (today) it seemed like a different team but I decided to ask if they could do my normal drink and they accomodated. Early 2025: A drink I can easily get at any Starbucks location, I was told they couldn't do...In the end I had to get the drink as is and ask for an extra cup with ice to pour my drink into. Was a waste of plastic and time.

On a early morning run for the new Christmas drinks, I arrived at this Starbucks location. I am polite as can be, however, this attitude by the employee that cashed me out was NOT reciprocated. This individual immediately began demanding I order, as if they were in a rush (I was the only car present, it was 6:55AM). I ordered only two drinks and one pastry, perfectly reasonable, she has me pull up the window and again gives no time to pay. I ask if I could just have one second to get my party's payment together, and she forcibly slammed the window and stormed out of the drive thru area within the Starbucks. I was disgusted and she returned ten minutes later with a stank look on her face. I handed her the money, and she ripped it out of my hand and quickly attempted to hand me my drinks. Th

Came here for the first time while visiting family. I stopped to get a coffee and two cake pops for my little guys. The cashier at the window was so incredibly sweet and added an extra cake pop to my order without any issues (I asked if it would be too much trouble and if so, then to not worry) but the manager was yelling at me through the window for adding “extra” to my order, and that it’s not allowed, which I didn’t realize seeing as it was my first time here, and then she yelled at the poor sweet cashier for being nice to me afterwards. I even gave him a tip and he apologized for her severe attitude and for being so rude. Absolutely will not ever come here again!

Had to throw out both drinks ordered. Bitter, not OK with the fact your employee did something to our drink orders just because I was upset the advertised gingerbread was pulled from your menu early just like this store did with the eggnog.

RUDE through the drive-Thru! Just ordered a drink i didnt know much about and got yelled at in the deive thru. And to make matters worse they made my skinny latte without the sugar free syrup. 7 dollars down the drain.
