Starbucks Coffee Company

Today I went to Starbucks like I always do I go at least twice or three times a week and I met a great individual that works there. Their name is Jay! She definitely did the extra mile for me. She went above and beyond and I think that that’s the best drink that I’ve ever had from there and I’ve been going there for over a year maybe two years now and she absolutely made my day. She did amazing and she has great service outstanding amount of patients and she can hear very fast because I speak superduper fast and I think that she deserves a raise and I definitely I’m appreciative that they have great workers there! I hope that Starbucks gets to see this!!! I would love to add a photo, but it won’t let me

So extremely disappointed in this Starbucks location. I went to get my usual drink that i've gotten for months and as I was speaking to an employee via the drive thru , the manager on shift rudely interrupted and tried to uncharge me for the drink I get religiously and didn't let me get me order the drink as I usually do. At this point I didn't want the drink anymore and asked to get a water before my friend put in her order. The manager rudely cut me off and exclaimed that they don't give out complementary waters without a purchase. My friend ordered her drink like originally planned and the intercom switched the original employee. To be a Starbucks close to the beach and in a busy area , the customer service is horrid. I really don’t like leaving a bad review but unfortunately my experiences at this Starbucks are challenging. I had to abandon my food today because it took so long. I had my drink once I arrived so that was good. The person doing the food was SO slow and I wasn’t the only one waiting. I heard customers complain to the girl working the register. I used points on this purchase so disappointed I had to abandon the food. The team seemed “unhappy” and don’t greet you like many other Starbucks I go to. Hopefully you take feedback as a gift for improvement.

I work in the coffee industry and gave this Starbucks a chance because it is so close to my house. Should’ve known better. The drive thru line is backed up to the edge of the parking lot. I decided to go inside since I only wanted a quad shot espresso. There is no line inside, but I still have to wait about 5 minutes before anyone acknowledges me. Then when someone finally does acknowledge me, they say “I think it’s going to be a 20 minute wait for your order”. They think? 20 minutes? None of that made any sense to me. Bottom line: If you’re going to operate a Starbucks in a busy city like New Smyrna Beach, everything has to be prepped and ready to go. Isn’t the Starbucks menu built for that anyways? Whoever was working today made my day! I asked for extra caramel as much as they can put in a venti for the frappachino! And this is the first time a Starbucks has ever gotten it right! This is what I’m talking about when I say fill it up! Even if I’m crazy I want that cup filled and they delivered and made my day so happy! I don’t get Starbucks often so I love my extra caramel frappachinos! I love this so much so thank you thank you thank you Starbucks and your staff at this location they were awesome!
