Customer service vibes sucks! I went one week straight everything was good! This 2nd week starting Saturday the 10th downhill! Can’t make the drink all of a sudden! Wrong drink twice now, I asked the guy why the price was so high he don’t know! But I found the mistake. It’s like if you don’t want to work don’t come to work! Everything going up and as a customer I’m suppose to accept this horrible customer wrong! Won’t return to this Starbucks location NO MORE‼️

I have been going to this Starbucks forever as I live 30 seconds away and haven’t had issues until recently. I’m not sure whether it is a reflection of having hired new staff or what, but every morning that I come and get a venti shaken espresso. In the past few weeks it has not been made correctly once and tasted completely different and bad. Considering I’ve been getting this drink since it came out I know what it should taste like. My other issue is that I always order ventis, and in the past few weeks every time I go in and my drink is waiting there, the first thing I notice is that there is a massive gap of which the cup is not filled up. every time for the last month there has been a quarter of the cup empty. I got a shaken espresso. It came less than 2/3 full and the manager insisted it was correct because I had light ice. I have gotten the same exact drink for two years and never had to come like this. My daughter ordered a drink that was light ice and it came full. Did not offer to remake it full size.

Our review about Bella, specifically. On March 29 we bought two bags of your Sumatra coffee and asked Bella to grind them. We sat and enjoyed a cup of coffee and then left without our two bags of coffee. Bella had brought them to us at the table and we put the bag on the floor. It took us several hours to realize we didn't have the two bags, and another day to finally figure out what might have happened to them. She probably noticed our slip-up and stored them behind the counter. We were greatly relieved to find they were in the store waiting for us two days later. Also saddened to be informed that Bella was no longer at our favorite store. We wish her well, and thank her sincerely for her caring gesture. Carlisle and Peter
