Starbucks Coffee Company

Stopped by for a coffee and a crossaint before a road trip and the staff were super lovely!

The staff are friendly but not attentive. Maybe they were just having a bad day. I mobile ordered a nitro cold brew and some egg bites. I arrived to pick them up around the time expected to be ready, but neither was there yet which was fine. So I sat and waited. It was 9:30 on a Saturday so not too busy. 15 minutes later still not ready so I asked. Turns out they had my order but the nitro was broken so they just did nothing. Didn’t put out the egg bites or an empty cup as a flag to me. Didn’t check why someone was sitting there waiting so long, which some other Starbucks have done when there was a mixup. There is room for improvement

It took 20 minutes to get a cafe latte (default) grande size. It was very busy. The drive through is always packed. Parking is quite hard: I get to managed to park only when a car is leaving. It was not too loud as many people work or read here.

Nice and cozy Starbucks with easily accessible parking spot. Found some loyal customer enjoying their morning routine. I needed a quick coffee, took around 25 minutes unexpectedly but it’s understandable.

As usual, Starbucks did an exceptional job preparing my beverage. Got some hot coffee after a busy day. Also got a snack to go along with it. Everything was good, and the service was exceptional as usual. The Baristas I came in contact with were extremely friendly!
