Starbucks Coffee Company

I was never much of a Starbucks customer until about 1 year ago. Me and my husband started doing the challenges on the app and learned more about other drinks and food options. This location is truly the best location ever. My husband works a blue collar job so there are days we are on the road 3:00 am. This Starbucks is 7 minutes from his works and without a doubt every single time we have EVER BEEN IN the drinks have always been exactly the same. And they are always so fast. Sometimes he will get a Carmel ribbon crunch. I place the order in line and by the time we get to the speaker box it’s already ready!! Yesterday I dropped my husband at work first and ended up going to a Starbucks that was also near by and the drink was different, staff wasn’t the same, etc. it sounds dumb but truly

Aside from the fact that you have to get on to Hayden Island which is then a maze of roads and parking lots This is a great little Starbucks. They got my drink right and they were spotlessly clean.

I work the bus line that goes to Jensen Beach and the staff there is always really warm and welcoming. Even when they have told me that they’ve had a hard days because we’ve gotten close since I’m there almost every day due to work they never let it show on their face when talking to customers! They taught me how to use the app so I could get points and save my money.! And with the current economy that that’s a game changer for having treats they make fun and delicious drinks and I am so glad that I got to have these type of people on my hard days !

Friendly customer service and plenty of parking space too. Pastries served hot and coffee is blended good. Love the ambiance and the high chairs available for sitting.

I frequent this particular location five days a week and have been doing so for the last two or three years. After visiting another location, and then returning to this when I noticed that the cup felt lighter so I started checking and found I’ve been getting shorted a half a cup of coffee, five days a week for the last two or three years! I posted pictures of what the coffee look like right from the store with one cup of milk next to it and another picture showing that it was 1/2 cup short of being reasonably full, which is equal to four fluid ounces, meaning I’ve been paying for a venti and receiving a grande for years😔. I hope that somebody from Starbucks reaches out so I can show them. I’ll be happy to update this review if they rectify the issue.
