The young gentleman who worked this morning. 1-7-26 He has locs in his hair. He was very kind and professional. He made the best caramel frappe! God Bless him.

It's been multiple times where it's closed before time or just no one at the register. Today the place was abandoned as a mess and worst is the water tap left open just unattended.

Service is awful. Employees act as though they hate their jobs. Coffee was luke water too. Just the worse Starbucks I've ever been too.

The young lady at the establishment, who was training and did not display a name tag, provided unsatisfactory customer service. She dropped my sandwich on the dirty counter and proceeded to put it in my bag. The refrigerator storing sandwiches seemed to be infested with flies. I intend to contact the health department to report this incident. The establishment has a high employee turnover rate, with several employees being terminated. Reports of theft and discourteous behavior towards working individuals have also been made. When I asked for a refund, the young lady became upset and used profanity towards me.

Extremely slow & zero sense of urgency! This is not a Starbucks. These are Safeway employees pretending to be Starbucks employees. Do not be fooled! Skip this place!
