Starbucks Coffee Company

Let me just start off by saying Abigail. Such an incredible barista. She double checked and made sure all the orders were correc. She asked after the orders if they were good. With a friendly smile and a great attitude. She made my whole families morning brighter. Customer Service like that is hard to come by. Thank you Abigail.

Pulled up to the door to walk in and place an order and they lock the door right in front of me and turned around and paid no attention. I was trying to ask them why they are closing right now when it says they close at six and it was only 5 o’clock then I went through the drive-through thinking maybe that was still open and all I got on the speaker was were closed sorry and I said it says you’re open until six. She said that’s just your luck. Whatever that’s supposed to mean and they clearly took the person‘s order in front of me. I used to go to Starbucks all the time I spent so much money here but this will be the last. I’m hoping Management will read this and does something about their staff’s attitude. It’s clearly a bunch of kids in there.

Here is our drinks after returning them once. We got brown sugar oat milk shaken expressos. I am not paying $6 for a glass of foam, the staff here needs to be trained to make drinks correctly. I will not be going to this Starbucks again as it has been a persistent issue. We even talked to an employee who was extremely rude and unprofessional, she said it was the correct way to make it. This seems odd since every other Starbucks makes it without half a glass of foam. I regret wasting money here.

The franchise owners of this one are too greedy to hire an appropriate number of employees. I always go to a different location further away because whenever I go here, I TRULY wait over 30 minutes for my drink. I pity the people who work here. They are kind, they are humans, and they are stretched too thin. Do better, upper management.

I always go here to get my baby cappuccino !! Their coffee always rock. This location is inside the Safeway so don't aspect more but whatever they can they doing very well for sure.
